Welcome. If you serve older adults and their families, this room is for you.

The Mixer brings together senior care professionals, trusted advisors, innovators and community partners from across San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Senior living and home care. Hospice and healthcare. Real estate, elder law and financial planning. And the AgeTech founders, investors and advisors building what comes next in aging. You all serve the same families, and most of you have never met.

Good referrals come from people you know, and that is hard to build alone.

A family asks you who to call about the house, the care or the paperwork, and you want to give them a name you trust. Cold outreach rarely gets you there. Meaningful relationships do. They lead to better opportunities for your business, and better outcomes for older adults and their families.

You leave knowing who to call, and who to send your way.

Once a month, a different host community opens its doors for two relaxed hours of food, wine and conversation. There is no stage and no sales pitch. Every name tag says who that person hopes to meet. Afterward, the member directory and the community board keep those conversations going until the next Mixer.
